From the outside, we might look like a typical boutique Bakeshop & Studio space.

A cute shop to buy cupcakes and gifts on a lazy weekend morning.

But we are much more than that.
As a therapist-owned social enterprise, our mission is to provide an environment that supports mental health,
wellness and creative growth for everyone, regardless of income or social location.
​
That's what makes our shop unique. Every purchase in our shop helps fund counselling at a subsidized rate for clients through our Grow In Kindness Program.
​
We also run therapeutic & recreational programs in our Studio, supported by sales in the Bakeshop.
We use baking and flowers as tools for creative expression, wellness and mental health empowerment.
